Secondly, their customer support is selective. It is mentioned in their privacy policy that they'll send over such logs but I didn't expect the level of detail the logs reflected. This would include what other applications you have open at the time looking at the logs, I had outlook open and it clearly displayed my email addresses, both personal and for work. Firstly, if you send a support ticket through the application, it would send them a log of your entire system. However, through my use of BlueStacks, I did run into a couple red flags. ![]() Slightly dissapointed that some applications like FateGO wouldnt run. The games generally ran smoothly for me with the few very rare moments of the application crashing. For the record, I've enjoyed playing BlueStacks on the technical standpoint. I had BlueStacks for a few months, paid for the premium subscription even.
